New to Urban Village Church?

Welcome!  Urban Village is a new community of people in Chicago trying to do church differently.  We’re grounded in and committed to proclaiming the gospel and, therefore, also committed to being radically inclusive of all people.

Though we encourage you to learn more about us through perusing this site, the best way to get to know us is to get connected!  We’d love to have you join us at an upcoming service or social event, grab coffee with you, or welcome you to one of our small groups.  If you’re interested in how we view the faith journey, check out our discipleship system.

We also hope you’ll join us for worship Sunday mornings Downtown or in Andersonville, or Sunday evenings in Wicker Park.

Here’s what you need to know for Sundays:

  • Services are held every Sunday morning at 10:15am Downtown at the Feinberg Theater, Spertus Institute, 610 S. Michigan (click here for public transit and parking information), at 10:30am in Andersonville at 1602 W. Ainslie St (click here for public transit and parking information), and every Sunday evening at 5:30pm in Wicker Park at 1502 N. Hoyne (click here for public transit and parking information).
  • Children?  Nursery care (0-3 years) is provided for the whole service. Kids 4+ years will join the community for the beginning of worship and then be dismissed before the sermon for an interactive message just for them.  Children of any age are also welcome to participate in (or nap throughout, as the case may be) the entire service.
  • Questions upon arrival?  Stop by our “Get Connected” table or grab anyone with an “Ask Me” button.
  • Want to know more about what to expect?  Visit our Downtown Worship page, our Andersonville Worship page or our Wicker Park Worship page.
